What's the F***ing Point episode 05: forest bathing (solo episode)

About once a month, I'm doing a solo podcast episode where I riff and share info on a particular topic all-by-my-OWN-self! (Was this phrase part of anyone else's childhood lexicon?)

This week, I'm going full-on tree-hugger on you guys.

I mean, I'm not saying I think you should go out and hug a tree right now. Well... okay, I'm not NOT saying that, either, and if you did, you'd probably thank me after. 😝

In this solo episode, I'm talking all about the apparently-UBER-trendy healing practice known as forest bathing— what it really is, the benefits, and my personal experience with it.

And yeah, I know that means the first and second solo episodes are about nature-stuffs, and so for the sake of variety I'll go in a totally different direction for next month's solo pod. But I will say,  in the conversations I'm having with people around what connects them with a sense of wonder, awe, and meaning... nature is right up there with love.

Never say there is nothing beautiful in the world anymore. There is always something to make you wonder in the shape of a tree, the trembling of a leaf.
