"What's the F***ing Point?" — ep 28 — are you boxing yourself in?

After a week in savasana, the podcast is back with a snack size solo episode, and this one’s all about mindset and exploring the question, “how are you unknowingly boxing yourself in?” And once you recognize it, how do you start to change that?

I would love to heart what resonated most with you from this episode, so tag me @valkaymartin in a story as you're listening or send me a DM!

We'll be back next week with the regular interview format — a guest I’m super excited to share.

In the meantime, if you're digging the podcast I would so appreciate if you took the 30 seconds, right from your phone, to rate/review on iTunes so it reaches more peeps— and/or share it with a friend who needs to hear it.
