What I Do
I specialize in working with adults and older adolescents who are struggling with trauma, eating disorders, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. I also love working with high-achieving women who know how to "check all the boxes" for external success, but need help connecting to a deeper sense of self, and challenging perfectionism and self-criticism.
My primary focus is on individual therapy, and I also offer therapeutic private/small group yoga sessions and long-distance coaching. I'm not running any groups at this time, but I'll update this space when I have group or workshop offerings. With the goal of delivering a holistic treatment approach of mind + body integration and trauma resolution, I use a variety of modalities including EMDR, mindfulness-based therapies like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), yoga (including trauma-sensitive yoga) and other body-based and experiential modalities. When appropriate, I support my clients in exploring spirituality and/or integrating therapy with their 12-step work. I'm also a CSAT, focusing on working with spouses/partners of sex addicts, and women with compulsive or unhealthy relationship/intimacy patterns.
