Reflective Supervision

Allow me to hold you, walk alongside you, as you are holding all those around you.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA License 106062, since 2018), I am able to provide individual and group supervision. I believe in supporting clinicians through the “Platinum Rule” of parallel process by Jeree Pawl (1995), “Do unto others as you would have others do unto others.”

Through Reflective Supervision, I seek to focus on experiences, thoughts, and feelings directly connected with the work and provide an empathetic, non-judgmental ear to my supervisees.

I strive to provide a safe space for supervisees to sort through feelings, countertransference, implicit biases, stresses, challenges that they experience on the job. My goal is to allow my colleagues to be held, as they are holding others.

I also desire to support my supervisees’ professional development by providing scaffold and acquisition of new knowledge of themselves and research in the field. Through consistent, collaborative, and reflective supervision, I wish both of us to experience wholeness and integration of our authentic selves as clinicians.
