Welcome,

Parenting can hold some of our greatest joy and some of our hardest moments. You don’t have to figure them out alone.

Therapy and support for parents, young children, and families throughout California.

Wonder Well Therapy supports children and parents through the messy, meaningful work of growing together. Sometimes the work is about understanding your child. Sometimes it’s about understanding yourself. Often, it’s both.

When you love your child deeply, but parenting still feels really hard.

Maybe it’s the meltdowns that seem to come out of nowhere. The hitting, biting, big worries, sensitivity, or anxiety you don’t quite know how to help.

Maybe you’ve tried the books, the scripts, and strategy after strategy—and you’re still wondering:

What am I missing?

Or maybe your child isn’t the only one struggling. You’re overwhelmed, easily triggered, or carrying more guilt and worry than you expected parenting to bring.

You don’t need to have all the answers. We can slow things down and get curious about what’s happening underneath—for your child, for you, and for your relationship.

Sometimes you don’t need another parenting strategy.

Behavior tells us something.

Instead of only asking, “How do we stop this?” we can begin asking, “What might be happening underneath?”

What is your child communicating? What do they need from you? What happens inside you when your child is struggling?

I believe children grow and heal within relationships. Together, we can better understand the patterns that are keeping your family stuck and find practical ways to build more connection, confidence, and room to actually enjoy one another again.

Things can get better. We’ll get there together.
